Shipping Policy

Shipping fees vary depending on the time. Colorado residents will need to pay tax on EMF Harmony products. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on Aulterra products. Regarding EMF Harmony products, a label will be provided. To initiate your return, you must email first onestopemfprotection@proton.com

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.  We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us. There is a 90d ay warranty of all Aulterra products and one year Warranty on EMF Harmony.

This website offers visitors products that deal with EMF Protection. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
